Your new tiny human is going to make the biggest impact on your life from the minute they land. It’s my honour to photograph your new arrival, and it’s my job... pretty amazing right! This first stage is so special and it will fly by.
My approach is to capture you and your baby relaxed at home. I’ll mainly shoot candids (unposed), without the use of props - because your baby is perfect just as they are, so I'll use your home as the backdrop. The focus is to capture your life as a family as you embark on your new adventure together. This could be anything from cuddling on the sofa, feeding the baby to bathtime. I also like to take lots of photographs of the baby on their own, so I can capture all their beautiful, tiny features.
These shoots are paced around your baby, so allow 1.5 hours during full daylight hours for natural light. Newborn shoots usually take place within the first 4 weeks of birth but do go all the way up to 12 weeks. You will receive all of the high resolution photos from the shoot, with a minimum of 30 guaranteed via a private online gallery. Options to download or purchase prints are available on the platform.
If you would like a newborn shoot in the first 4 weeks of birth, please book whilst you are still pregnant to make sure you secure your shoot. After your 20 week scan is ideal. As we don’t know exactly when your baby will arrive, I’ll block out session times and we can confirm an actual date once your bubba has joined us. I’ll work with you to make the experience as relaxed as possible. If your baby has already been born, I sometimes fit in sessions at late notice, so please get in touch to secure your date. If your baby is over 12 weeks old, a family shoot can be booked at any time.

I charge a single flat rate for the shoot. This includes all of the photographs from the shoot in high resolution format. You will receive your edited images via my online gallery where you can download the photos to your own computer, phone or tablet. The online gallery is ideal for sharing with family and friends. I also offer a printing service for high quality prints. Travel of up to 15 miles radius of Bromley is included, beyond this travel charges will apply. To secure your session, a payment of a £100 deposit is required. The full amount is to be paid 7 days prior to your session.
